Accessibility at Fencing Springfield
Fencing Springfield wants everyone to be able to read about Colorbond, timber, pool and slat fencing for Springfield and nearby suburbs, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. If something on a page is hard to see, hear, read or operate, please tell us through the contact form and say which page it was on, so the problem can be looked at and fixed.
Accessibility policy
This website aims to follow widely used web accessibility guidelines. That means clear headings, readable text, enough colour contrast, descriptive link text and forms that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.
Accessibility is checked as pages are added or changed. Some parts may still fall short, and feedback from visitors is the most reliable way to find them.
What the site tries to do
- Use plain language when explaining fencing options, from pool fencing to driveway gates.
- Give images meaningful text alternatives where they carry information.
- Keep pages usable when text is enlarged or the screen is narrow.
- Label every form field clearly and show errors in words, not colour alone.
- Let you move through menus, buttons and forms without a mouse.
Known limits
Some content, such as embedded maps or third party tools, may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site. Where a part of a page does not work for you, the same details can usually be shared in writing through the form instead.
How to report a problem
Use the contact form to tell us about any barrier you meet. A useful report includes:
- the page address or the name of the page
- what you were trying to do, such as reading a service page or filling in the quote form
- what went wrong and what you expected to happen
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using
If the form itself is the problem, say so in whatever part of it you can complete, and note that the form was the barrier.
Other ways to make the site easier to use
Most browsers let you zoom in, change text size or switch to a reading view. Phones and computers also have built in screen readers and high contrast settings, which work with this site.
If you would rather skip the browsing and go straight to pricing a fence, you can request a free quote here and a licensed and insured local contractor can follow up.
